Before starting up the steel strip granulation system, the temperature should be raised by 50 minutes to reach the desired state by manually pulling the triangular belt of the motor. Pull in the normal working direction 8 to 10 times, then continue to heat up for 10 minutes, start the granulator, and continue to heat up at this time, as normal production requires continuous replenishment of heat; Adjust different temperatures according to the different properties of plastics.

Before the steel strip granulation system starts normal operation, the mechanical temperature stability should be maintained and should not fluctuate rapidly.

The feeding should be uniform, and the mechanical feeding speed should match the feeding speed. Otherwise, it will directly affect the quality and output of plastic particles.

Before stopping the machine, all plastic inside the screw of the steel strip granulation system must be emptied.

When the machine is stopped, the power supply should be cut off, and the screw plug of the machine head should be removed and preheated separately before the next use.
