RDZYPW series spray dryer for traditional Chinese medicine extracts is the application of centrifugal spray drying technology in the drying of specific materials. This drying equipment is specially used to solve the problems of spray dryer for traditional Chinese medicine extracts and plant extracts. It effectively solves the problems of wall sticking, coking, low powder collection rate, low output, etc. that the original LPG series high-speed spray dryer encountered in the drying of traditional Chinese medicine extracts.
After passing through the air filter, the air enters the air heater. When the air heater reaches a given temperature, it enters the hot air distributor in a tangential direction. The air, after being treated by the hot air distributor, enters the drying chamber uniformly and helically. At the same time, the material liquid is atomized into 20~60um droplets by the atomizer. When the droplets come into contact with the hot air, they quickly vaporize and dry into powder or granular products. The material is collected directly by a cyclone separator and transported by pneumatic conveying to the efficiency bin to complete the cooling and conveying of the material. The exhaust gas is discharged from the fan outlet through a water foam dust collector.
